– HTML or PHP knowledge.
– FTP knowledge.
– Capable of making your own layout/theme.
– English or Tagalog.
– 13 years old or older.
– Have sample of your work. (give me a link of your work in the message field)

– 10MB space and bandwidth.
– FTP Account.
– A link here at Oh-Doll.Net & a friend (me!) :]]

Rules:
– No inappropriate websites.
– I will only host personal sites.
– Your layout must be made by you.
– Uploading mp3 or any type of music or video files is unacceptable.
– A link back to your host is very much appreciated.
– Please keep in contact. (commenting or IM works!)
– You must update your site at least once a week.

Tips/Suggestions:
1. How to save space and bandwith:
Upload mp3 files to Imeem.Com, video files to Vimeo.Com and for image files, upload it to Photobucket.Com. All the listed websites are free file hosts. So get an account there now and save your space/bandwidth! :]]

2. Blog tool (problems):
I suggest you use WordPress. If you need help installing and upgrading, just let me know. :]] If you’re thinking about using Cutenews, that’s great too; but Cutenews is as much work as WordPress -so might as well go for WordPress. // Greymatter, etc. are not permitted because they cause a lot of problems, take a lot of space, and attracts hackers (not bugs free). I do not reccommend using them.
